Section I: Customer Information
Notes:
* Samples should be stable in buffer solution, uniform in composition, with no precipitates or particles.
* Analytes and ligands should have a purity of no less than 90%, with a minimum amount of 200 µg provided.
* It is recommended to exchange sample buffer to HEPES or PBS solution (suggested salt concentration is about 100 mM).
* Analyte samples should not contain substances with high refractive index, such as glycerol, sucrose, imidazole, or organic solvents.
* Ligand buffer for amino coupling should not contain components with primary amine groups such as Tris, sodium azide, or glycine.
* Determine the isoelectric point (pI) of the protein to be analyzed via isoelectric focusing or software prediction. Acidic proteins with a pI lower than 3 are generally not recommended for analysis.
* For DMSO solutions of small molecules, use high-quality organic solvents, such as Sigma D8418.
